Information about the response time to requests for support

Applications that are sent via the feedback form or email will be reviewed within 24 hours.

Applications that are taken by the operators on the phone, if possible are resolved during the conversation. If you cannot immediately solve the problem or answer the question, the operator creates an application which our experts will review within 24 hours. In special cases, the consideration of the application may take up to 48 hours.

All applications that are submitted on a weekend or holiday, can be resolved only on the next working day.
