The complaints reception and response time

Claims which are sent via the feedback form or email will be reviewed within 24 hours.

Claims which are received by operators on the phone are resolved during the conversation, if possible. If it is impossible solve the problem or answer the question immediately, the operator creates an application which our experts will review within 24 hours. In special cases, it may take up to 48 hours.

For claims sent on a weekend or local holiday, we will do our best to resolve them by the next working day.
